California Association for Health Services at Home -

CAHSAH is the leading statewide home care association in the nation and the voice of home care for the western United States. It represents more than 400 members and 750 offices that are direct providers of health and supportive services and products in the home. The affiliate members include computer companies, consulting firms, insurance providers and suppliers.

California Association of Health Facilities -

CAHF is a non-profit professional association founded in 1950 to serve as a statewide organization for long-term care providers. The Association and its members are dedicated to improving the quality of long-term health care in California through educational programs and proactive advocacy with the Legislature and administrative agencies.

California Hospice and Palliative Care Association -

As advocates for those facing life-threatening illnesses, this Association partners with the California Hospice Foundation to offer public and professional educational programs and materials to enhance understanding and availability of hospice and palliative care. They also provide technical resources to members, monitor legislative and regulatory activities, and work closely with other organizations that share an interest in end-of-life care, serving California and Nevada.

Center to Advance Palliative Care -

CAPC is a national organization dedicated to increasing the availability of quality palliative care services for people facing serious illness. It provides health care professionals with the tools, training and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care programs in hospitals and other health care settings. Direction and technical assistance are provided by Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Companion Hospice -

Offers specialized care to terminally ill patients, families and friends by providing the skill, comfort and support of physicians, nurses, counselors, volunteers, clergy, therapists and bereavement specialists. Our team assists the patient and caregivers in managing symptoms so that their last time may be spent with dignity and quality in their place of residence.

National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization -

The NHPCO is the largest nonprofit membership organization representing hospice and palliative care programs and professionals in the United States. It is committed to improving end-of-life care and expanding access to hospice care with the goal of profoundly enhancing quality of life for Americans and their loved ones.
